- Return to this page. Below there is a form to upload the document.
- Click on the Recipient drop down.
- Fill out the Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Company Information (if applicable), and Branch Location fields.
- Click the Browse Files link in blue. Alternately, you may drag your files into the upload box.
- If you click the Browse Files link, your PC will pop up a file explorer window.
- Find your document to upload, click on the document to select, and then click on the Open button.
- Once your document appears in the File Upload box, click the Upload Button in blue to submit.
